THE MENU

 

BREAKFAST 

Crabby Eggs Benedict- Griddled English Muffins topped with sautéed spinach, heirloom tomato, poached egg, jumbo lump crab meat & classic hollandaise 

Fritata- Spinach and Feta, Mushroom and Gouda, Pancetta and Caramelized Onions or Vegetable Medley

Pain Perdu - French Toast with Mascarpone and fresh fruit, topped with homemade Chantilly. 

Blueberry and lemon zest pancake bites 

Sweet or savory crepes - strawberries with lemon and sugar- banana and caramel- goat cheese, spinach and toasted pine nuts – smoked bacon and fig preserves with whipped goat’s cheese 

Huevos Rancheros - fried egg, cured chorizo, queso fresco, avocado, tomato, onion and jalapenos
